Marine Corps starts processing you out if you fail the 2nd time. The command is not barred from taking administrative action just because a passing score is on top. Trust me I know....I work at an Area Defense Counsel's office. However, I do think that having a passing score on top is mitigating and strengthens the case that demotion is an not appropriate. You should go seek the assistance of your local ADC to make sure you (or whoever this applies to) is putting together the best response possible. That could be the diffeeence between losing and keeping your stripe. Any other questions? Feel free to message me. I won't know exactly what they are doing until Monday. We just got a new commander and first sergeant so it might just be cleaning house, I hope. I just see it as extremely redundant given the fact that my terminal leave starts in 65 days (its a voluntary separation thankfully). I will talk to the ADC next week if I need to. Thank you all!
