Anything can be waived if the MOS proponent needs people. The problem is that they are unlikely to waive anything when there are plenty of qualified applicants to fill school seats.
Just retake the ASVAB.

You have a better chance of getting a morality waiver than a score waiver.

If you are going from AC2RC it’s a possibility depending on if you need 1-3 point waiver.

Everything is waivable. But Fort Rucker (where your waiver will go for approval) are sometimes very inflexible.
Best advice, study and retake ASVAB.

A proponent waiver will take a long time and you could miss a window of opportunity. Study and retake. Suggest Kaplan's as asvab guide. Work on the math part also.

Yes, it’s possible depending on how many points and obviously the need. Get with your Career Counselor, they can assist you with the waiver, which must go to the proponent. Worst case they say no, best case yes. Prepare for both, see you education center about retaking the ASVAB/enrolling in the FAST class
