Nixon was a dyed in the wool Cold War Warrior, Trump sees in Putin business deals. Both men have made their fortunes working on the outskirts of the legal system the evolved in. Putin sees in Trump an opening to doing business in the Unites States. For those of you who thing this is impossible see the emergence in the US fire arms market of a company called Saiga part of the Kalashikov Group, recently bankrupted and taken over by a state run company Rostec which is 51% owned by Vladimir Putin. The commercial versions of the AK 12, which like the AR system is going modular. Unlike the AK 12 just by changing the upper receiver and barrel, as one unit by the soldier not having to go so ordnance, the AK 12 can be made to use the 7.62mmx39mm, 5.45mmx 39mm or the NATO 5.56mmx45mm or the 7.62mmx51mm as well as popular 6.5mm's and other European rounds. The advantage of this of course is Russian troops moving through NATO countries can switch over there weapons to NATO ammo and use ammunition form captured ammunition depots. Modular in firearms now means that you have a lower receiver and from then on everything is optional, including bullet caliber. Innovation being put out by Sagi is a recoilless AA 12 12ga. Shotgun with either a 20 round snail magazine or an 8 round box magazine. The AK 12 is a serious challenge to the M-4A1, the major improvement is the AK 12 has an 4140 Chrome Molly Steel Barrel, a four position safety switch safe, Semi, Burst and Auto. The three round burst outs out bullets at 1200 rpm and the full auto spits them out at about 500-600 rpm. Another innovation is a 45 round magazine which puts the AK 12 into the LMG category. The selector on the export model which will be sent to the US will have only a two position safety lever safe and semi. As a basic service rifle the AK 12 is at least a generation behind the M-4A1. In face to face fire fights the only edge the US soldier will have is better training. The civilian marketed AK 12 will be a serious challenge to Law Enforcement when it hits the gun rams of retailers. The AK 12 will definitely outgun the M-4A1. The question is does whatever is uncovered rise to an impeachable offense? The House of Reps decides matters of impeachment. Bill Clinton was impeached, but not enough votes for a trial in the Senate. In the present case there are a number of potential concerns, obstruction of justice, the emoluments clause, lying under oath (assuming he takes an oath and answers questions) and others. How serious do those violations have to be to warrant a trial in the Senate? Who can say, we've never seen it happen in our lifetimes. This is a tangle to be certain and the entire matter will capture the attention of Washington and probably the world because other countries watch us closely. Most Americans have no recollection of the Watergate hearings and not too many remember Iran-Contra, but a lot of folks remember "that woman, Miss Lewinsky." These things happen because politics is a convoluted and ugly business. I love to study a case thoroughly before I say or write anything about it. Has anyone noticed that Virginia Governor Terry McAuliffe is a Democrat and that Charlottesville Mayor Michael "Mike" Signer is also a Democrat? The woman who was killed was identified as Heather Heyer a paralegal Heyer’s cover photo on Facebook from November 19th, 2016, says, “If you are not outraged, you’re not paying attention.” I have some questions which I would really love to have answered in front of a federal grand jury under oath and under penalty of perjury. First did the so-called white nationalists have a permit issued in advance and did the Mayor of the City of Charlottesville Michael "Mike" Signer in any way order or conspire with any officials of the City of Charlottesville to move it from the original location? Second did the Mayor of the City of Charlottesville Michael "Mike" Signer in any way order or conspire with any officials of the City of Charlottesville to violate the First Amendment rights of the so-called white nationalists Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances in any way? Third, since it is standard police procedure to film any demonstration or disturbance where are the unedited films of the whole incident? I think it is about time that someone finally tells the truth about what really goes on in the United States with the Republican and Democratic parties if any really thinks they are treated in the same fashion I have this bridge that I own in New York City which I know you will see as having a great investment potential. If you are offended by my comments research them yourselves.
As far as Robert Swan Mueller III and Andrew George McCabe I happen to live in Northern Virginia and every month I go to breakfast and a day at the firing range with a group of retired federal law enforcement officers and we do not just shoot bullets at targets during breakfast we do shoot a lot of bovine fecal material so we do hear a lot of really interesting gossip. Robert Swan Mueller III is not the great former FBI everyone thinks. In addition the case against retired United States Army Lieutenant General Michael Thomas "Mike" Flynn might have more to do with a sexual discrimination case filed by a female FBI counter terrorism Special Agent who is still serving at this point in time and at least one of the respondents could be one Andrew George McCabe.
In March 2015, Andrew George McCabe's wife Jill McCabe announced her campaign for a Virginia State Senate seat. Her campaign received donations amounting to more than $675,000 from former Democratic National Committee chairman Terry McAuliffe's political organization and from the Democratic Party of Virginia. In July 2015, the FBI initiated its investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server. At that time, Andrew George McCabe was running the FBI’s Washington, D.C., field office, which provided personnel and resources to the Clinton email probe. Because of this, Republicans have criticized McCabe for not recusing himself from investigations regarding the Hillary Clinton email controversy.
In 2016, the FBI released a statement about her candidacy, saying that Andrew George McCabe "played no role, attended no events, and did not participate in fundraising or support of any kind. Months after the completion of her campaign, then-Associate Deputy Director McCabe was promoted to Deputy Director, where, in that position, he assumed for the first time, an oversight role in the investigation into Secretary Clinton’s emails." Trump referred to this controversy during his campaign at rallies held in Florida, where he said, "The man who was in charge of the investigation of Hillary Clinton accepted essentially from Hillary Clinton $675,000 that went to his wife." Some have attempted to refute any conflict of interest about McCabe on the basis that Jill McCabe's campaign finished several months before he became Deputy Director of the FBI and was brought in to oversee the Clinton email investigation.
Michael E. Horowitz, Inspector General of the United States Department of Justice, announced on January 12, 2017 that he would be reviewing the allegations that Andrew George McCabe should have recused himself, among other concerns about the handling of the Clinton email controversy. In my professional opinion Andrew George McCabe should be brought into the office of Inspector General of the United States Department of Justice and met by two Special Agents of the Office of Professional Responsibility which is the FBI’s internal affairs unit take his credentials and government issued service weapon and he be advised that he is on paid suspension With the appointment of Christopher Asher Wray as Director of the FBI Andrew George McCabe is no longer Acting Director of the FBI there is no problem with this.
