Can veterans perform colors, in uniform, for a college veteran organization (located on campus and not affiliated with the military)?

PO2 David Keener I don't see why not. I run the flag line for the Central Missouri Honor Flight. We are all Vets and all wear our Class A uniforms on the line. We all make sure that we are within the current guidelines for each respective service.

As long as it is a non partisan event honoring veterans and you wear it properly, federal statute says you can.
