Can you be qualified for multiple MOS’?

I was wondering if you would be able to be trained in multiple MOS’ in any circumstance. If so, is there a limit?

Yes you can qualify for multiple MOS but it will be up to the unit to send you for another MOS while while you within your contract. So choose the job you want first then later think about another one

Jude Khattar Soldiers have a primary MOS and may have a secondary MOS. When reenlisting, you may elect to reclassify to another MOS with some conditions. There are selection type MOSs that you have to go through selection for (like Civil Affairs or Special Forces). Reserve component soldiers may reclassify at times due to unit conversions (unit changes from say Field Artillery to Signal), if you change units and need a compatible MOS for the new unit, etc

I think what you're asking is if you can train in multiple MOSs at once, and the answer is no. You can be trained in one MOS and down the road you can reclass into another MOS. There's no limit to how many MOSs you can hold, more a matter of time and availability in your career. I myself am on my third MOS.

Normally an NCO was required to have a secondary aldo some ranks required changing to a slightly different MOS.

It's fairly common for a Soldier to hold multiple MOSes over their career.

I was Combat Engineer enlisted, an MP officer then Systems Development then Contracting.
