Can you be recommended for QMP again if you were chosen to stay in Active Duty after being selected for the last board to be screened?

Not unless you receive different charges then they will compile both and probably qmp you.

Was about to say the same thing! Also, depending on the severity of the charge as well! Overall, you would want to be cleared!

This was instituted after I Retired in '12. Is this cleaning things up as far as the backlog to those tha my should be getting promoted to the senior ranks?

If you read Army directive 2014-06 it specifically states AR 635-200 Chapter 19 par 19-4 is revised as follows: QMP Applicability. NCOs in the rank of SSG through CSM/SGM from the Regular Army and U.S. Army Reserve(Active Guard Reserve) may be subject to the QMP process except for those who:
(A) have an approved retirement
(B) are previously retained on active duty by a QMP board (provided no new basis for QMP consideration is documented since the earlier retention determination)

Which means as long as an individual does not provide a new reason to be considered for QMP under the provisions of the regulation there will not be another recommendation for QMP consideration.

What triggered the QMP and was it misconduct? If the filing is related to misconduct you need to go through ARBA and try to have it removed. If not this will come back in the future when you retire as HRC is actively conducting grade review boards and you can be reduced to the last rank you served honorably at. This situation may not apply to you at all, but just want people to be aware in case they have something in their file.

I WAS SELECTED FOR THE ADVANCE COURSE FOR E 7 AND THE BOARD RECOMMEND QMP DON'T QUITE UNDERSTAND THAT AND I AM VERY MAD 16 YRS AND THATS JUST WRONG.
