Can you change shoes in between events on the ACFT?

Shoe changing during ACFT such as cleats for the SDC, and switching running shoes for the 2 mile etc.

Check to see the regulation about it. If there's nothing that says that you can't, then I don't see any reason why not. If someone challenges you on it, mention that there is nothing in the regulation that states that you can't.

My best thing to say to you is check with your first line supervisor and the training NCO they may be able to give you what policy says on the matter.

Cleats for an ACFT? I mean, do you really need cleats? Are you near maxing the thing were you think cleats are needed? I don't think anyone would really say anything but it would rise an eyebrow or two.
