Are you you able to submit a Green to Gold or Warrant Officer packet while on recruiting duty?

You should be able to, I got in to the green to gold program while i was an instructor at the AIT schoolhouse. I would email HRC to be on the safe side though.

I submitted my WOCS packet while I was still on DS duty. Should be the same for Recruiting.

My husband currently has a packet in and the board is meeting as we speak. He has been on recruiting duty since June 2018 (DA Select). He began building his packet in October 2018 and his Cmdr and BC provided LORs the same month. As far as Green to Gold, according to a recent town hall conducted by MG Muth (I watched it as well), give him at least 1 year in USAREC and then submit a 4187 along with the Green to Gold packet.
