I would email HRC to be on the safe side though. He has been on recruiting duty since June 2018 (DA Select). He began building his packet in October 2018 and his Cmdr and BC provided LORs the same month. As far as Green to Gold, according to a recent town hall conducted by MG Muth (I watched it as well), give him at least 1 year in USAREC and then submit a 4187 along with the Green to Gold packet.
