I don't think I could do 12 pull-ups if my life depended on it. Gotta change things up here, boss. That is impressive!

(That said, if I live to be 95, I have over 35 years to train, so I might get there by then.)

I am not sure I can do that at the age of 95 years old, but I do pull-ups on a regular basis, and I can do at least 12 before dropping. I also do the pull-ups hands over the bar like the Marine in the picture.

I once served with a Marine that had been raised in three different countries and had been adopted by different foster parents. He was 26 years old when he enlisted for the first time. He also had been shot, stabbed and had many broken bones, Yet he was the strongest, fastest guy in our platoon. He was always very active and always drove like he was in a bank heist.

I started racing SCCA (Pro-Am) when I was about 50.
I'm still doing it at 66 with at least two SE Division wins and many regional 1st and 2nds, as well as many regional series wins. I only drive enduros from 1-1/2 to 3 hours in length. I started this after retiring my 100mph offshore catamaran because of the cost of fuel. Most all of my veteran friends are now dead or dying, mainly thanks to agent orange exposure. I have over the years acquired facial skin cancer, bladder cancer, type II diabetes and have a disintegrating spine due to a very large mine impact. Keep on trucking.

Yes, but that doesn't take away from his abilities, and I plan to be able to do so at 95.
