SPC Private RallyPoint Member 3768632 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>So I heard from an officer that you can&#39;t get medical service corps if you go from enlisted to OCS (not through Green to Gold or anything else). Is this true? Can you get Medical Service Corps if you go from enlisted to officer through OCS? 2018-07-05T10:46:28-04:00 SPC Private RallyPoint Member 3768632 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>So I heard from an officer that you can&#39;t get medical service corps if you go from enlisted to OCS (not through Green to Gold or anything else). I graduate from OCS next tuesday. They will only commission you through one of the 16 basic branches. Otherwise you will have to VTIP later to med services! VTIP is one super specialty integration program, which doesn&#39;t require OCS. You can also ask to go with USCG they use USPHS as well as NIH, FDA, CDC, AHRQ, numerous other Federal entities as well del on exact degree and/or field, bioengrg would be good certainly.... <div class="pta-link-card answers-template-image type-default"> <div class="pta-link-card-picture"> </div> <div class="pta-link-card-content"> <p class="pta-link-card-title"> <a target="blank" href="http://www.usphs.gov">www.usphs.gov</a> </p> <p class="pta-link-card-description"></p> </div> <div class="clearfix"></div> </div> Response by Capt Daniel Goodman made Jul 6 at 2018 12:30 AM 2018-07-06T00:30:20-04:00 2018-07-06T00:30:20-04:00 Capt Daniel Goodman 3770358 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Sorry typo,,COSTEP is their ROTC analogue....
