Can you join and or stay in the Navy Reserve with a 30% VA rating?

Sgt Matt Hall You're going to have a hell of a fight. I only have a 10% rating, and it took me 18.5 yrs to get back in.
Get you one hell of a recruiter, and any & all documentation regarding your rating, and why it would not be an issue for you to get back in w/ it.
