Can you live comfortably off of your VA pension?

That is different for every person, not everyone has the sme amount of bills/debt. For me, my retirement and the VA pays all my bills. My job now is spending money and money to put in my savings.

My VA disability and Navy retirement pension definitely contributes to a comfortable lifestyle but I still need to work!

It all depends on if a person has planned for retirement or their standard of living. Some people want to be in a large house some people want to live in a smaller house. As for me, I could live off my retirement and VA disability.

I can, but not just on the disability. My wife was very sharp while I was on deployment the last time and found a small home for sale. It was paid for before I retired. What I get covers all of the bills puts something towards a savings account and gives my wife some spending money. I spent time studying and planning small home living far the last 8 years of my career. That has really paid off. In a year another round of long term bills is paid off offering me more freedom to travel. I look forward to that greatly.

I could probably, but the way it is the X - got 48% so my share pays the mortgage.

Depends on your definition of comfortably and VA pension. Do you mean can you live off your military retirement. Depends on your rank when you retired. Do you mean can you live off a disability? Depends on the disability.
