Can you PCS if you’re currently doing Physical Therapy?

Just want to know if you are allowed to PCS if undertaking physical therapy?

you can do physical therapy anywhere.

Physical therapy won't stop you but your profile can prevent you from PCSing

The only time this would stop you so far as I know is if your therapy were part of a post-operative recovery programme and you were not eligible to travel for medical reasons. In that situation you would be put on a medical hold until you were deemed able to travel and then you would PCS anyway. Otherwise, I would get started packing my bags.

It depends on the details. Doing a little therapy to work out an issue is one thing. Being on profile, limited duty or light duty could impact your eligibility to PCS though.

Generally speaking, yes you can. Make sure you enroll in PT as soon as you get to next assignment - it will not automatically transfer, you have to enroll again.
