Yes, however, you should consult with your physician to ensure there is no medical concern that would preclude executing your orders. If the medical people have concerns, get their opinion in writing and pass it through your Commanding Officer up the chain to the order issuing authority. Your medical status will not be automatically considered so it behooves you to keep all concerned informed instead of relying on the "system". Your status is a matter of concern not only from your personal viewpoint, but also from the point of your new duty command. If they have an immediate need for your talents, your arriving and then immediately entering a limited duty status will not solve their readiness or operational requirements, but that is a decision that needs to be made by the order writing office.

As the dependent, yes, but females aren't allowed to fly in the third trimester.
As the Soldier, not once you have your pregnancy profile. You are restricted to moving until the 7th month after the delivery date.
