Can you receive Per Diem for an elective medical procedure covered by the military? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/can-you-receive-per-diem-for-an-elective-medical-procedure-covered-by-the-military <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I have a referral to Andrew&#39;s AFB to get Lasik eye surgery. For the surgery, since I&#39;m not stationed near there, I have to stay on lodging during and after the surgery. Does anyone know if I&#39;m entitled to Per Diem while I&#39;m down there? Any references I can show the budget office here since no one has done this in this unit yet?
