Branches are VERY loathe to swap even when both people are completely qualified to move because it&#39;s extra work, and unwilling to swap assignments for people who are not equally qualified to move.<br />Your question is kind of vague since you didn&#39;t really explain your situation. I am guessing you mean that someone is in Korea, in which case, their DEROS determines their PCS availability and that DEROS is only getting changed with an FSTE or a curtailment.
