You take too much of a tax hit. Plus, if you're coming off one set of orders and then jumping on ADOS orders, there should be no issue in creating a debt because of unused Leave.Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 8 at 2021 8:15 PM2021-07-08T20:15:31-04:002021-07-08T20:15:31-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member7096287<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Sir, coming off of active duty you should get the option to sell or use your leave, however, in my ADOS orders, it says that I have to use all of my acquired leave before the end of the orders.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 8 at 2021 8:34 PM2021-07-08T20:34:20-04:002021-07-08T20:34:20-04:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member7096930<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Sir,<br />As a Army Reserve Administrator, I would recommend saving your leave until after you’ve completed your ADOS tour and then using all your accrued leave.<br />You should not incur any debts.Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 9 at 2021 8:21 AM2021-07-09T08:21:12-04:002021-07-09T08:21:12-04:002021-07-08T16:17:30-04:00
