If I choose this route it seems like something I&#39;d prefer to do full time. I am aware that I can send a packet in to the active duty side however a friend of mine, who is a recruiter, informed me that this path is a quite a bit more difficult and getting selected may be significantly harder. My chances of being selected in the reserves are quite high right now and I&#39;ve been informed that there are plenty of slots. There is also the option of returning to active duty enlisted, then sending up a flight packet. This also could take a bit more time. I just want weigh my options here and see if any of you have heard of transitioning from Reserves to Active duty in flight school. I appreciate any responses.
