You can only wear one foreign BADGE at a time on the right side of your dress uniform. i.e. Jump wings, GAFB, Norwegian Footmarch Badge. These fall under Chapter 9 Appendix D. Multiple decorations (ribbons or medals) can be worn in order of receipt after all other US awards.
