I know that job training really starts at the unit, but that means that unit has to have the time and ability to train these Soldiers without having to spend most of the day in mandatory classes. Brief- when updating a commander in a brief, it is meant to talk and argue as much as possible about non-issues. i.e. Colors on a slide.
