I did the 22 a day pushup challenge a couple years ago, I’ve posted the suicide hotline, and I’ve made known I’m available for anyone anytime and the suicide rates are not dropping. I’m starting a new challenge. Veterans you know your Brothers and Sisters better than even their own family. Starting today I pledge to call, text, write, or even HAM radio a brother or sister each day just to say, “Hey Bro, what’s up?”. It’s the “What’s up?” Challenge and not only will it give a person thinking of suicide a chance to speak up, it will reunite some of us, maybe get reunions planned, and keep us connected. Don’t be shocked if you hear from me. I pass this challenge on to another to do the same: tag a name here
