Chemical Warrant Officers... how are you being utilized in your units?

I am waiting for the selection board in November, but I am hoping to hear from any CBRN Warrant Officers about how you are being utilized in units (since this is a relatively new position).

I am so glad we finally have a CBRN Warrant Officer! I have said for at least 15 yrs we need this. Even when I was a CBRN Officer I said IMHO we need Warrant Officer's not Commissioned Officers. CBRN is a specialty and should be Warrant.

I really want to be a Warrant, but my P2 profile won't allow it. Which is horrible, since I, and my leadership, think I would make a great Warrant. I was filling out my packet and realized where I can not overcome some restrictions. However, I still have all the paperwork and if anybody wants to go that route, I would be more than happy to give advice, pointers, etc.

The silver lining is I get to be a great NCO in the Chemical Corp. (Not arrogance, just drive.)
