No issues but when you have everything on the list. Why is it we can't get things removed like the uniforms and the underwear and other things that they wouldn't take back anyway since it touched your skin. And I talked with cif about issues regarding gear I was issues cold and wet weather bottoms of a medium but record showed large the nsns being different my team chief kept arguing the pants which I showed both were correct just a different size I was told I would be charged if I didn't correct it so I had to go to cif and get it cchanged. Its been like that since I got it cif told me they honestly don't care about size or nsn as long as when I go to turn stuff in I have it I explained to the team cheif (another spc out of respect I won't post opinions about that) that cif said that and she said whatever if it's not changed your getting charged I showed the change and was done. But my question for everyone if you have gear but on record it's wrong size but you can show physically that it's right there should you be forced to go and change clothing record just to appease that the nsn matches to the size you have when all the gear costs the same for them to get made and is there a way to get consumable items (uniforms boots socks) removed from record since they in no way last like body armour helmet and the like. When I got to my final duty station, I found out they hadn't actually updated my records as they stated since basic training.

I made nice with the lady who ran the CIF office and provided her with my own copies of the record amendments, and she took all of it off with a smile. She even update the incorrect quantities and sizes along with removing the perishable items, such as uniforms, socks, etc. SPC Ryan D. The only hope is to get started with the new batch of Joes/Janes in-processing. But I will say that over the last 20 years the CIFs have gotten better.

Go fill out a complaint at the ICE counter with the suggestion that they start correcting these either at in- or out-processing.
