SPC Christopher Smith 104546 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>While getting my CAC card fixed I noticed the civilian helping with this award. I wanted to know what she got it for, she had no clue, all she knew was soldiers break their backs trying to gain this award. I have never heard of this award, can someone please clarify what it is?
