<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Sir<div><br></div><div>If SHARP training is done by someone who isn't forced to be the SHARP rep, that always helps. Also, in my last company our SHARP rep had soldiers do a skit, which helped keep the audience actively participating. </div>
