Short answer - Yes, but it depends on your situation.

If you're enlisting in your original MOS and are not attending training, then you're not required to be administered the Occupational Physical Assessment Test (OPAT) as long as your current one can be verified. Any other situation requires that you have a passing OPAT within 90 days of your ship date (UR 601-210*, Chapter 23-7).

Some additional information is in an answer for a similar question - https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/prior-service-same-mos-what-s-my-pipeline-30th-ag-or-orders-straight-to-unit-reissue-uniforms
------------------------------------------
* USAREC Regulation 601-210 (Enlistment & Accessions Processing) - https://recruiting.army.mil/Portals/15/Documents/Forms%20and%20Pubs/Regulations/UR%20601-210_1.pdf
