<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I am very surprised after 7 days there have been no comments on cost controls in the declining budget. I mean there are so many issues with ISIL, Sequestration, Fraud. I would have thought someone would have had an idea. I have heard that once a federal program gets started it can never stop. I guess no comment helps solidify that statement.
