Could anyone share some insight into making the transition into the civilian workforce, specifically the Intel and/or Linguistics sectors?

There is a lot of work in the goverment and contracting sectors, BUT, the government is demanding much of the contract companies hire people who not only have experience, not only have excellent language skills, but also have a degree. This is nlt the case for all companies, but it is the case for most. Also good if you are a well rounded SIGINT person.
