No, that's just inflammatory speech, the reality is that the illegal aliens with felony records are evenly distributed between Mexico and the Central and South American countries. The real question is what do we do with them if/when their country of origin refuses to take them?

No. The Mexican military isn't likely to attempt such a stupid move. As many others have said, the violent criminal illegal alien population isn't exclusively Mexican. As far as the criminal's home nations not taking them back, I believe we can use many forms of national power to encourage those countries to accept them back. We could: cut off foreign aide, stop issuing visas, rescind visas for people currently in the US, freeze assets in the US, prevent their citizens from sending money from US to offending nation . . . there's a whole lot of ways to influence other nations short of military force. On the other hand, we could turn the criminals over to a few Special Forces folks and have them covertly dropped off in the criminal's home country. Example: One night the criminal is in Federal lockup, he's awakened, cuffed, and blindfolded; the next morning he wakes up in a alley in Guatemala City with his passport and $50.

Mexico knows they are getting the bad actors back. I believe that the two countries will figure this out for the benefit of both parties. Mexico does not want the drug traffic either. USA has the capacity to help them limit this migration from Mexico's borders in the south. Maybe the two countries to just put all the bad actors deep in the South American jungles and nature can take care of them (snakes, crocs and alligators). Beyond that, we could find a desert island...Britain did that and created Australia.
