My doctors and anything else they need like a letter of reference and my own letter of knowing I was weak young and uneducated and that I have grown to be strong older and smarter. Were you supposed to ship to Basic or were you Split-Option and supposed to ship to AIT? I was Split-Option when I joined the Reserves. I broke my ankle in April 84 and was supposed to ship to AIT in June 84. When I went to MEPS, with my bags packed, with a doctor's note from my orthopedic doctor they pushed my ship date back six weeks. As for whether or not you can enlist, have you talked to a recruiter?
