GPA?! Branch you'd want? I just have an interest in such things...STEM major? Clinical interests? Nonclinical? Flight? Elaborate if you can, I'd be eager to hear more, no rush, just interested, honest.... The semester of college is a unit incentive; it varies from unit to unit and is subject to mission requirements.
You can't reenlist for Green to Gold. You'll have to drop your packet for that. If you're accepted to the AD G2G and don't have enough time to complete the program, then you'll have to reenlist. Further information - if you get accepted in the green to gold program, and graduate - the Army will forgive your contract upon your commissioning. IE you will not be breaching your contract by not fulfilling your enlistment contract. I was in the process before my first tour, but opted not to proceed after returning from my deployment. I suggest that you take your SATs beforehand. You need to have been accepted to a college before you can go green to gold. I waited until I got out before going back to school. Most of the college I did while in didn't count towards my degree. Colleges often have course standards that need to be met before they will consider it adequate for credits. Make sure you do your research before choosing any course of action.
