You just have to search for the unit in the top right search bar. I'm also going to tag some of the members of that unit here, so they know you are looking for assistance:

https://www.rallypoint.com/units/304th-ca-bde-304th-civil-affairs-brigade-bristol-pa/current

304th Civil Affairs Brigade (304th CA BDE), 353rd Civil Affairs Command members stationed in...

Find 304th Civil Affairs Brigade (304th CA BDE) members on RallyPoint.

LTC Yinon Weiss Fri, 11 Jul 2014 23:20:04 -0400 2014-07-11T23:20:04-04:00 Response by MAJ Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 12 at 2014 3:54 AM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/could-someone-provide-a-little-guidance-on-transferring-to-the-304th-ca-bde-poc-would-be-great?n=176067&urlhash=176067

CPT Willoughby,

Looks like you're at the right stage in your career to investigate a career move into Civil Affairs. I'll send you a private message with some contact details that should be able to help you out.

The process for consideration is pretty straight forward. You'll submit the standard OERs and APFT results, along with a recommendation from your current O-5+. Be prepared to submit a civilian resume and academic transcripts. Much of Reserve CA requires training/knowledge/experience outside of the military to be truly successful, and any leadership, emergency services, project management, and/or government experience is especially helpful to a CA officer.

A number of battalions in the 304th have openings right now, and we are still deploying if you're interested in that (our focus is Africa). Before you can be qualified as a CA officer and be granted the branch, you'll need to complete CCC, then complete CAQC, the Civil Affairs Qualification Course at Fort Bragg. CAQC is no joke, it's a joint training environment with your active duty counterparts, and it's very physically and mentally challenging. You can drill with a unit prior to qualification, but be prepared to be asked to move quickly through the training process.

Good luck!
