It goes back to having respect for the sick and deceased. <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>- For the military, covers are only worn indoors when under arms.<br />- For service workers, wearing head gear may be required for sanitary purposes.<br />- Other than the above two reasons, head gear should not be worn indoors, especially in hospitals or mess halls.
