Sgt John Steinmeier 4036554 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Without going into to far flung details I have been told by a recent new hire, is it possible in the Marine Corps to cross train from Motor Vehicle Operator to Infantry inside of one&#39;s first enlistment? Of course anything is possible, but would it actually happen? I was contract infantry, but was attached to a MP unit. So technically I was cross trained as an MP. But did not get formal training. Nor did I rate the perks, ie..pistol badge I had to buy.
