Branch manager should normally be the person to ask as an active duty uniformed person.

There are also reserve and private contractor positions as ROTC cadre too. Keep in mind that even if you get selected for ROTC cadre duty, there normally has to be an opening and you may not be able get a particular school.

Thank you. Location isnt a top priority honestly. I just saw the ComTek site I believe it was and wasnt sure if I went about using that or if it was for personnel close to ETS/retirement.

I am a former ComTek employee who was ROTC cadre from 2009-2010.

Their website is for recruiting private contractors who do college ROTC cadre work (must be recently discharged Army veteran or reservist who can still meet basic standards [APFT, drug screening, HT/WT, etc.] with no derogatory evaluation reports). Pay is slightly lower than active duty (I was a prior-enlisted CPT before I joined and received 1LT pay as salary), but they offered civilian health insurance and 401(k) plan. As mentioned, slots are based on college ROTC unit availability and moving to a location is at own expense.
