SSG Genaro Negrete 44138 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I've been in two BCT's and have seen the MTOE be virtually ignored during deployments. The assignment slots are either too few or too many between junior enlisted vs NCO, the equipment is out dated our just an unneeded surplus for the mission at hand.
