Required Minutes per Mile

Navy ~8:00
MC ~9:20

The Airforce has the easiest run time for sure.

Very cute. I'm interested in maxing out versus minimum so checked it out for my (>41) age group.

Army 300 = 76 sit ups, 40 push ups, 17 minute 2 miles = 8:30 pace

USMC 1st class = 60 crunches, 50 sec flexed arm hang, 27:40 = 9:13 pace (43 seconds a mile slower)

AF excellent >90 - they get 20 points for maintaining a normal abdominal circumference, 41 sit ups, 38 push ups, and that leaves the 1.5 mile run at 17:34 = 11:40 pace

I just had someone come into my office and ask if I was ok...I too hurt from laughing. I would love to take a bunch of my JTAC guys and go drinking with this TI...the stories and utter non-sensible crap that would come out of his mouth would be comedic gold.
