Capt Gregory Prickett I believe the cop was wrong in this case. He didn't need to shoot him at all. The male was on the ground with his arms out in front and legs crossed. While keeping his weapon trained on him another officer could of cuffed him and completed the securing the area.

I don't agree with it either; that officer was guilty of something. Perhaps the prosecution over-reached (i.e. charges brought) or were hemmed in (i.e. the charges they could bring). I don't believe he was guilty of murder, and I do not know the elements of reckless manslaughter, although the name, in my opinion, implies what occurred.

Hopefully so. Every couple of weeks, he changes his profile. I have seen where he was listed at a CPT one time and a LT another time. Always the same profile, infantry officer training in 1993, military intelligence approx 2 years late. No personal info. No background. Unconfirmed status. Always using profanity. He frequently lashes out at police, Trump, and conservatives.
