In fact, as a young soldiers I DREADED this more than... Hey, (insert vulgar and almost endeering name here). Do 100 push-up then, roll into traffic.<br /><br />Now in the years, not that many, I have been in I have been subject to this VILE and FEARED form of corrective action and came to a point where I realized. It actually worked... To Some degree. <br /><br />But I have heard many, many different break downs of this... It falls into some of those listed below<br /><br />Reason Behind Incident, explaining what the events really were and how I will correct them<br /><br />Response by Inducement, with no clear definition of what that actually is...<br /><br />Reinforcement by Endorsement, usually followed by a category I am to write about involving an element or two that were involved in the need to do it in the first place... <br /><br />And many more. <br /><br />I really only got 1 or 2 but I always asked my NCO's what it meant. I usually just tell my soldiers to do an Essay, not an "RBI". Cause I 100% feel... I have no idea what the heck that means either.<br /><br />I've consulted SGT Google, the best NCO in history of the universe, and even he has no idea what the heck I'm asking.<br /><br />I'm just curious, if you were asked by your troops. You would reply with?<br /><br />This is in no way asking for anyone to find the answer for me, it's really just meant for like minded individuals to have a laugh.
