What additional steps can I take if I can't get the Danville, Illinois VA to replace my broken dental bridge?

Can't get Illinois VA to replace broken dental bridge, been trying to get help for six weeks. Why?

SGT Glen Fruendt, I assume that was a rhetorical or theoretical question unless you expect someone from the Danville VA to be on here and see your post.

I would guess you're already 100% VA rated because otherwise they wouldn't do dental services for you.
My guess is that your getting an appointment is being impacted by the limited hours they are under right now (https://www.va.gov/illiana-health-care/locations/danville-va-medical-center/)

During limited hours (they are also listed as COVID High which may be the reason) they may not be taking non-emergency appointments. If you are experiencing pain or other symptoms, then make sure they know that when you are talking to them.

From a personal experience story, my father was trying to get a bridge replaced and it took him almost two months for the permanent bridge to be made. He was given a temporary one though (actually two since the first one broke). This was at another VA facility and looking at their status it was normal operations.
