Details below: What did the MEPS guy mean regarding my Secret security Clearance?

I did a phone interview with a guy at Fort Knox while at meps at the end of the phone call his words were I’ll Push your clearance through. I’m just getting a secret clearance for 42A. Does this mean I’m good to go or will there be additional interview or research?

He collects the data only. Once he has everything he needs, he passes it to the adjudicators who make the actual determination. You should get a final verdict in about 30-90 days.

as long as you have a clean background, and no "flags" on your civilian record.... you should be ok.
I got a clearance with some minor teen problems I had. I am certainly NOT proud of said minor problems.
