Five Taliban leaders for a SPC (was his rank at the time he was capture, I believe). Despite their leadership of a genocidal terror group which may re-take Afghanistan once U.S. troops are withdrawn, they were traded this past summer for a low ranking SM. That&#39;s not foreign policy that&#39;s just plain bat shit crazy. The only thing I see is POTUS wants GITMO closed and saw this as an opportunity to dump five that could be a little difficult justifying their release especially when 2 of them are telling you they will reengage once released.
