DHS awards $11 million grant to UTSA for Cyber Security. Do you think this is what is needed to help protect us from Cyber attacks?

Yes, it is. UTSA is one of the country's leading universities in cyber and they are close to the Air Force's leading unit for Cyber, the 24th Air Force. This relationship builds a path for aspiring cyber experts and provides a nearby venue to our Air Force Cyber experts to continue their education and training. Additional to the Air Force, the NSA also has a significant presence here, related to cyber. As a Cyberspace Operations professional, I will tell you this is a good thing.
