When recruiting offices were attacked we didn&#39;t want to allow recruiters to arm themselves even though they are all members of the armed forces and should have competency with a side arm or could easily get it. I seriously doubt it. Maryland doesn&#39;t recognize any state right-to-carry reciprocity and it&#39;s not a must issue state.
