No, I didn't and, while the VA may have all sorts of good intentions with this, I would rather they concentrate on delivering good Healthcare end other services to veterans who need them

Just wish tbey could get of tbe stick and focus on more objective focused effort.... like caring for the Vets that really need it... and i absolutely do not miss stand and marching in a parade... thats suppose to be day for the armed services...

I would be surprised that the VA is capable of sending letters to all the Veterans. I don't like walking in parades but I like seeing them.

Yes I did CSM Charles Hayden Passed 7/29/2025. To be honest I was somewhat surprised that as a veteran I was receiving an Armed Forces Day thank you from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
I receive emails from them since I am a disabled veteran.
The only ones that received this email would be those veterans recognized by the VA which received honorable or general discharges.

As a veteran I don't feel the powerful emotional ties to history, country, and society. I feel like I did my job then just retired. Nothing more, nothing less.

CSM Charles Hayden Passed 7/29/2025 I did not receive any messages for the VA Chuck. If I did I would have pretty much deleted it. Anything from the Admin side is full of bullshit. They need to do more work on the medical side and quit wasting resources and time such as this. IMO anyway.
