And by last, I mean the last time I got married, and the last time I will get married! I and all of my groomsmen were in dress blue uniform. Even the father of the bride wore his dress blues. We were married in the little white chapel on Gruber Road (just in front of the engineer motor pool) in Fort Bragg by my chaplain. We had our reception at the old NCO club (no longer there). My wife planned the whole thing while I was in Korea, and we got married during my mid-tour leave. She even bought her own ring, and I was upset because I felt it was too small of a diamond!
