Did you know China is building a third airstrip on S. China sea Islets? Should we be concerned?

Apparently this airstrip will hold/house/accommodate most of China's Military Aircraft.

I wonder why they need three airstrips and I wonder what they are up to?

Should we be concerned with China and their intentions?

They know that if they have a presence there, it is harder for anyone to claim that it's not theirs or it's not in use. Most of the other nations laying claim to islands in the area haven't had anyone residing on them in basically forever...

Something along the lines of possession being nine tenths of the law.

Yes. China scares me as they just take over land around the world. This should be a large topic of the next Presidential race.

China has very little in the way of naval power projection, so this is the next best thing. It is likely that there will be skirmishes in the area within the foreseeable future, but I doubt it will lead to all out war.
