Did you know that high school kids enrolled in JROTC for four years can earn up to a year of college credit?

I actually had heard that a few years ago from a friend of mine stationed in SA, TX, his son was in the JROTC program there and was getting almost 20 college credits for his 2 years of duties.

I think many states should start doing this to give the kids a jump start on their college and future military careers.
