An ex co-worker took the exam and failed it 3 times....said it was very difficult even studying diligently each time....so be prepared!!

I concur, be very prepared. The first time I took the exam I was woefully unprepared and failed. Highly demoralizing and expensive. You do receive a breakdown of strengths and weaknesses by domain, very useful toward passing the next attempt. Don't give up!
