I know many service members are struggling with PTSD, getting the care they need, finding the right doctor or facility. Now they have other physical factors to consider beyond the effects of war and the battlefield.

Take care of each other, and reach out to any you know that is struggling. There is no cure-all treatment that works on every single case - true - but there are hundreds of treatments available and I believe (and pray) you WILL find one that works for you. If I wanted to beat PTSD, I would focus all my energy on support groups and stories of those who have overcome PTSD. I would not read ANY story about how bad PTSD is and how I was at risk for this and that. I ended up trying to do myself in the wife told me to get help or don't come home. Because of my love for my family I got help and are slowly getting to where I ain't walking on TNT. It might cause heart problems on the person who has it but it causes the same to their loved ones that are with them.
